Access to property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the treatment area.
Delays or additional costs arising from restricted access, undisclosed site hazards, or changes to site conditions may result in additional charges.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined within individual quotations and invoices.
Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.
Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional administration or recovery costs where permitted by law.
Cancellations
Clients wishing to cancel a scheduled survey or treatment appointment should provide reasonable notice.
Total Weed Control Ireland reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled without sufficient notice where costs have already been incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, health and safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Weed Control Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided shall not exceed the value of the fees paid for those services.
